Cancellation rules

Once you have reserved a room or an apartment with SGS Veckobostäder we send you a written confirmation/invoice per post or e-mail. The invoice falls due for payment 30 days before arrival, at which point your booking becomes binding.

Cancellations made 30 days before arrival are therefore free of charge.

If you take out cancellation protection you can, in certain instances, cancel up to and including the day before arrival at no charge. Cancellation protection costs SEK 150 per room, and is not refunded upon cancellation.

If you have a cancellation protection following applies:

In the event of cancellation 30-15 days before arrival, the guest pays 50% of the rent.

If we receive cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, 90% of the rent is charged.

This agreement is based on the Swedish Husing Act and the "general terms and conditions for renting cottages and apartments" as adopted by "FÖRST", the Swedish Tourism association.
