From which day of the week do you rent your rooms and apartments?

You may book our rooms starting any day of the week, during the summer (June-August) the rent is minimum two nights. The apartments are rented by the week , during the summer (June-August) the apartments are rented Saturday-Saturday.

Is sheets, towels and cleaning included?

Yes, its included and the rooms/apartments are cleaned once a week.

How do I get my keys if I arrive outside office hours?

If you have informed our reception in advance that you will arrive late you will be able to check in by our key code machine, on the assumption that the room is pre-paid. We have arriving and departing guests round the clock eventhough we are not open 24 hours.

Do you serve breakfast?

No, we don't but as a guest at SGS Veckobostäder you have access to a shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Our apartments have modern kitchens.

Can I bring my dog?

There are a few rooms available for guests with pets. We charge a fee of 350 SEK per room for extra-cleaning.

How close are you to the city centre?

Within comfortable walking distance from SGS Veckobostäder you will find the Avenue, the Swedish Exhibition centre and the Liseberg Amusement Park. You will reach Utlandagatan by bus and you also find trams nearby which will take you around the city.

How far from Liseberg is SGS Veckobostäder?

We are located only 832 metres (walking distance) to the south entrance of Liseberg Amusement Park.

Where can I go swimming?

There are trams and buses to take you to the sea. You can also go by ferry to the archipelago.
